24/7 contact — good or bad?

Doesn’t matter much whether its night or day, home or the office?

Recent studies have focused on the tension between family life and anywhere, any time work.  They found, that while companies allow employees to work when and where they want to, or as it is referred to Bring Your Own Device, more than half of executives get business information at all hours.

This also creeps over into the lives of others who don’t want a, “24/7 everybody can call world.”

So think about why you got the smartphone in the first place. It’s not just the kids and their instant messages, or the harried employees we know, we have to realize it can be too much for many of us.
